After we meet
If your document requires an Apostille or Consular Legalisation, I can arrange that for you. Alternatively, you may wish to organise that yourself, and I will hand your document to you at our meeting.
If you wish me to send the document on to your lawyer or other advisor abroad, I will be happy to do so.
My professional rules oblige me to keep certain records and copy documents, some for 12 years, others for ever. I will therefore need to keep some or all of the following:
- A copy of the document I have notarised
- Evidence of your identity, or, if the person I meet acts for a business, the identity of that business
- Relevant instructions from your foreign lawyer or other advisor/authority
- Any other documents relevant to the transaction or matter.
