Wherever possible, I will quote you a fixed fee for my work.
If the matter is complex, or I cannot tell at the outset how long the task is likely to take, I will charge on the basis of the time spent on your matter. My minimum fee is £95, and my current hourly rate is £300.
I am not registered for VAT and so do not charge VAT on top of my fees.
If an apostille or consular legalisation are required, and you wish me to deal with that for you, there will be additional fees and charges. I will tell you what the likely cost before it is incurred. I may ask you for money on account to cover the expenses I will incur.
The cost of administering an oath for an Affidavit or Statutory Declaration for use within England and Wales is limited to the statutory fee of £5 for the Affidavit or Statutory Declaration, and £2 for any exhibited document referred to in it.
